Ingredients:

·       2 Eggs

·       1 small size chopped Onion

·       Chopped Coriander

·       1 chopped green Chilies

·       1 teaspoon red Chili powder

·       ½ teaspoon Turmeric

·       Salt

·       Oil

Method:

Take a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric and salt. Mix it well. Now broke 2 eggs into this mixture. Mix it properly.


Now heat pan on a medium flame. Add some oil. Once oil heated, Pour egg batter on the oil.

Allow to cook for 1 minute. Turn the other side and cook for another one minute. Remove it from pan. This is how you can make omelettes of rest of eggs.


Serve hot with breads or chapatti.
