Egg Tawa Fry Recipe.

Ingredients:

·     4 Eggs

·      2 medium size chopped Onion

·      1 chopped Tomato

·      1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste

·      1 chopped Chili

·      1 Tablespoon Red Chili powder

·      1 Teaspoon Turmeric

·      Oil

·      Curry leaves

·      1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

·      Salt

Method:

For this recipe you may use non-stick pan or any pan which is available at home. Heat a pan on a medium flame, pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the pan. Once oil is heated, add mustard seeds. Wait till mustard seeds spluttered than, add curry leaves, Ginger garlic paste and some chopped chili. Saute for few seconds than, add chopped onion into the mixture. Fry the onions till turn brown than, add tomatoes and some chopped coriander. Mix it well. Now add red chili powder, turmeric and salt into the mixture. Mix all the ingredients and saute well. 

Make sure keep the gas on medium flame. After frying all the mixture, spread this mixture on pan with spatula, keep the flame slow. Now break the eggs on the top of the mixture. Keep some distance between two eggs (do not break the Yolk). Sprinkle some salt on each eggs and keep a lid on the pan. Wait for two minutes. 

Now remove the lid. You can see, the eggs are perfectly cooked on the top of the mixture. Now turn the each eggs and allow to cook for another 2 minutes. Once the eggs cooks perfectly, garnish your dish with chopped coriander.

You can enjoy egg Tawa Fry with Roti, Chapati and Phulka.

Even Kids can carry in their Tiffins. The recipe is easy to make, less time consuming and of course very delicious.
