Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 1 Chili
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Curd
  • 1 tablespoon roasted Peanuts
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Water

Method:

Take a mixing jar, add grated coconut, chili, cumin seeds, curd, roasted peanuts, salt and water. Grind all this ingredients finely and make a paste. Add water if required.

Transfer the chutney into the serving plate.

This fasting chutney you may enjoy with upasache dhirde or sabudana vada.
