THAI CUCUMBER SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 Big Size Cucumber
  • 1 Big Size Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil / Mustered Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoon Sweet Lime juice  / Orange Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey/ Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • Chopped coriander for garnishing.

Method:

Firstly, remove the skin of cucumber then sliced it with slicer. Also slice the onions with slicer.

Now take one mixing bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, sweet lime juice, red chili flacks, white sesame seeds, honey and salt. Mix well. Then add sliced cucumber and onions into it. Mix well.

Now the salad is ready to serve.

Be ensure, make this salad 10 minutes before serving.

And serve it with meal.
