Gajar Koshimbir Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl Shredded Carrots
  • ½ chopped Chili
  • Chopped Coriander
  • ½ teaspoon Mustered seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 4 to 5 Curry Leaves
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method:

Take a mixing bowl, add shredded carrots, chopped Coriander.

Now heat tadka pan on a low flame. Pour 1 tablespoons of oil. Once oil is heated, add Mustered and cumin seeds. Once seeds splutter, add asafoetida, chopped green chilies and curry leaves. Once chilies change the colour switch off the flame.

Pour this tadka on shredded carrots. Add some salt and sugar. Mix it well.

Note: Add the salt at the time of serving

You may serve this koshimbir with whole meal.
