  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
  • ½ teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt
  • ½ cup water

Take one mixing bowl. Add sliced onions into the bowl. Now add the other ingredients. Like, chopped chilies, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds and salt.

Mix well with the help of hands.

Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Once onions release their all water, add gram flour. Don’t add all the flour at a one time. First add 1 cup of gram flour. Then add 1 tablespoon rice flour.

Now mix all the onion mixture with flours. Add if flour needed.

If the mixture looks too tight. Then just add 3 to 4 tablespoon of water into it. And mix well.

Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Now, heat an oil in a kadai or pan. Once oil heated, keep the gas on a slow flame.

Now drop the spoonful of the bhajiya mixture into the oil with the help of hands.  Deep fry the bhajiya till golden and crisp from all the sides. Once done transfer those fried bhajiyas on the tissue paper. Means they observe all the excess oil into it.

Now fry the bhajiyas from the remaining batter.

Once done. Serve the onion bhajiyas with mint chutney or tomato sauce.

Thank you.

Have a wonderful day.
