Mint Chutney Recipe for Ragda Pattice, sandwitches, Pani Puri, Shev Puri, Dahi Puri.

Ingredients:

·      1/3 cup roasted Chana Dal

·       1/3 cup Mint

·       ½ cup Coriander

·       1 teaspoon Cumin

·       1 inch Ginger

·       4 to 5 Garlic

·       1 tablespoons Lemon Juice

·       4 to 5 green Chilies

·       Salt

·       Water

Method:
 
Take a mixture jar, add all the ingredients of chutney which mentioned above. Use salt as per the taste.  Add some water for grinding the chutney. Don’t use much water.

 

 
Grind the Chutney in a medium consistency.

 

 
Now our mint chutney is ready. You can use this chutney for, ragada pattice, Pani Puri, sev Puri, dahi Puri and also for sandwich.
