  • 1 bowl pasta
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 4 to 5 chopped garlic
  • 2 chopped capsicum
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon pasta masala
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • ½ glass water
  • 2 tablespoon butter


Add a bowl of pasta in a pan. Add water for boiling. Add some salt and oil into the pasta. Let it cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame. Stir it while cooking the pasta. Once the pasta cooks remove all the water from the pasta. Keep the cooked pasta aside.

Now, heat a pan on a medium flame. Add butter into the pan. Once butter melts, add chopped garlic. Sauté well. Add chopped onions. Cook the onions for 2 minutes. Add chopped capsicums, tomatoes and carrots. Add some salt on it. Mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame. Add pasta masala on the veggies. Mix well.

Add half glass of water into this mixture. Add tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix well. Now add cooked pasta and ketchup in it. Mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Switch off the gas.

Serve this delicious Vegetable Meyo Pasta.
