    • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
    • Curry leaves
    • Pinch of Asafoetida
    • 2 to 3 tablespoon Oil

2 to 3 tablespoon grated coconut for garnishing

Method:

Wash and soak the moong dal for 2 to 3 hours in water. Once the dal soaked, remove all water from the dal. Grind this dal with green chilly, ginger, and salt. Make a fine paste. Remove this paste into the mixing bowl. Keep aside for resting at least 10 minutes.

Till from other side, heat the steamer for dhokla. Apply some oil to the steamer thali. After 10 minutes, add ENO into the batter of dhokla. Squeeze some lemon juice on the ENO. Mix well. Now pour this batter in the thali.

Keep this thali in the steamer. Keep the lid on the steamer. Cook for 10 to minutes.
