Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 Big Size Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin Coriander Powder
  •  ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  •  1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt
  • Semolina for Coating
  • Oil for Frying

Method:

Peel the skin of potatoes and wash the potatoes. Now make a round shape slices. Do not make too thin or thick slices. Soaked it in water for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes remove the water from the slices. Now transfer those slices in a plate. Add red chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt. Apply all this ingredients to the slices evenly.

For coating, take another plate and add semolina. Add some red chilli powder into the semolina mix it.

Now heat a pan on a medium flame, pour some oil. Once oil heated, coat the potato slices in semolina and place it in a pan for frying. After 2 minutes turn the slices and allow to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Fry it till potatoes cook well. Like this make all the potato kaap.

Serve hot with plain rice and dal.
