Ingredients:

  • 1 Bowl Boiled Corn
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon aamchur powder
  • Salt
  • For Dough:
    • 2 bowl wheat flour
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 tablespoon ghee
    • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
    • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
    • 1 Glass water

Method:

Lets’ start making corn paratha.

Firstly, grind the boiled corns with chilies and makes coarsely paste. Transfer this paste into the mixing bowl. Add red chili powder, garam masla powder, cumin coriander powder, aamchur powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped coriander and salt to taste. Mix well. Our paratha filling is ready.

Now we knead the dough for paratha.

Take a 2 bowls of wheat flour, add pinch of salt, ghee, carom seeds and crush the kasuri methi. Mix well with hand. Add water and knead the tight dough.

Keep it for rest at least 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes knead the dough and make balls for paratha.

Now place the one ball on rolling board, dust some flour. With the help of rolling pin make a roti. Now take 2 tablespoon of corn fillings and spread on the roti. Close the sides of roti in triangular shape. Be careful while closing the paratha that filings will not coming out.

Like this make all the parathas.

Now heat a tava, keep the gas on a medium flame. Place the paratha on tava. Once base is partly cooked, flip the paratha. Cooked the paratha from both the sides apply ghee for making paratha more crisp.

Like this make all the parathas.

Serve this delicious “Corn Paratha” with curd and tomato ketchup.
