Garlic Peanut Chutney Recipe.

Ingredients:

·      2 dry Coconut

·      ½ cup Peanut

·      ½ cup Garlic

·      2 tablespoons Sesame seeds

·      1 tablespoons Cumin

·      1 tablespoons Coriander seeds

·      8 to 9 dry red Chili (Shankeswari Chili)

·      Salt

Method:

Grate the dry coconut on shredder. Keep aside. Heat a pan on medium flame. Roast peanuts till become crispy. Transfer the peanuts in a plate. Roast cumin, coriander seeds and sesame seeds. Transfer this in another plate. Now roast red chili with little oil. Roast till crisp. Transfer this chilies with cumin coriander.

Now roast the dry coconut on slow flame till golden brown. Transfer this in another plate. Now roast the garlic with little oil till turns golden brown. Transfer this garlic with roasted dry coconut. Allow to cool.

Till then, remove the skin of peanuts. Now in a mixture jar, grind the red chili, cumin, coriander and sesame seeds. Grind this till fine powder. Now add roasted peanuts, dry coconut, garlic and salt as per the taste into that powder. Grind all this till fine chutney make.

Now, the chutney is ready. Allow to cool. Store in seal container. You may store this chutney in normal temperature. This can easily store for 15 to 20 days.

You may eat this chutney with roti, bhakri and also with batata vada.
