Ingredients:

  • 100 gms Dark Chocolate Compound
  • 100 gms White Milk Chocolate Compound
  • 25 to 30 Hazel Nut

Utensils:

  • 1 Big Size pot
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Spatula
  • Different shapes of Silicon Chocolate Molds

Method:

Firstly take 100 gms of each Dark chocolate and milk chocolate bar. Make a small pieces with the help of knife.

Now heat the water in the pot on a medium flame. Now transfer those chopped chocolates into the mixing bowl. Mix well. Keep this bowl on the pot. Keep stirring with the help spatula.

Chocolate can dissolved within a 4 to 5 minutes. Avoid to making any lumps. Keep stirring.

Now remove the mixing bowl from the pot. Now immediately start filling the chocolate molds. Firstly fill the half then add hazelnut on the each of the mold. Then cover it with chocolate. Like this fill all the molds.

Now tap the molds slowly for removing access air in it. Then keep this mold in the fridge for setting the chocolates. It will takes at least 10 minutes to set.

Once it set perfectly, remove the molds from the fridge. Now you can easily take away the chocolates from the molds. Our hazelnut chocolates are ready to eat.
