  • 3 Raw mangoes (Use only pickle mangoes)
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 4 to 5 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Asafoetida


Wash the raw mangoes in running water. Remove all the dust from it. Now with dry cloth wipe out the raw mangoes. Once it totally dry, cut the mangoes in a small pieces.

Now add turmeric, red chili powder and salt in to the mango pieces. Mix well.

Now heat oil in a small pan. Once oil heated switch off the gas and immediately add mustard seeds. Once seeds sputtered, add asafoetida. Now allow the oil to cool. Once it comes in room temperature. Pour this oil on to the pieces of raw mangoes.

Mix it well.

Serve this delicious pickle in your daily meal.
