·       1 Cup thick Curd

·       1 small size chopped Onion

·       1 big chopped Tomato

·       ½ chopped green Chili

·       Chopped Coriander

·       Salt


Take one mixing bowl, add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and salt. Mix well.

Then add thick curd and mix it. 

Avoid sour curd for making koshimbir.

Mix the salt at the time of serving.

You may serve this koshimbir with whole meal.
