Ingredients:

  • For Fillings:
  • 200 Gms Paneer ( Cut into small Square Shape)
  • 2 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Chopped Capsicum
  • 2 Tablespoon Peri Peri Masala
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon oil or Butter.
  • ½ Cup Hung Curd or mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Butter
  • Cheese Cubes
  • Sandwich Bread ( 12 Pieces)

Method:

Will prepare for the paneer filling first.

Heat a pan on a medium flame. Add oil or butter. Once oil heated add, chopped onion. Sauté well. Then add ginger garlic paste. Cook it till raw smell goes. Then add chopped tomatoes. Once tomatoes leaves the water add chopped capsicum and salt. Stir it once. Keep the gas on a slow flame. Allow to cook on a low flame.

Once capsicum cooked. Add peri peri masala and pieces of paneer into it. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Switch off the gas. Filling are ready.

Now take one mixing bowl. Add hung curd, ginger paste and pepper powder. Mix well. Keep aside. (If you don’t have hung curd , also can used a mayonnaise as another option.)

Now will assemble the sandwiches. Take a 2 bread slices, apply butter on the slice and apply hung curd mixture on the other slice of the bread. Now fill the slices with the paneer fillings. Add some shredded cheese on it. Close the sandwich. Make all the sandwiches with this process.

Now you can grill those sandwiches in the toaster or griller or on tava also.

Here I used tawa for making sandwiches.

Now heat a tawa or pan on slow flame. Apply some butter on it. And keep the sandwiches on the tava. Grilled it from the both the sides.

Serve this delicious Peri Peri Grilled Sandwich with tomato ketchup.

Enjoy.

Thank you.

Have a wonderful day.
