Ingredients:

·       2 cup Rice

·       ½ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds)

·       1 cup flattened Rice

·       ½ cup Curd

·       Salt

·       Water

Method:

First wash the rice at least for 3 to 4 times then, soaked the rice in water for overnight. Into the rice add ½ teaspoon of methi seeds.

 

(Here I took 1 cup normal rice and 1 cup idly rice ( Parboiled Rice).

At the morning, in a mixing bowl, add 1 cup flattened rice and ½ cup curd. Mix it well. Keep aside for 1 hour. 

 

After 1 hour, grind both rice and flattened rice together. Add some salt and water.

 

Make a dosa consistency batter. Transfer this batter into the bowl. Keep aside for at least ½ hour.

 

After a ½ hour, batter is ready for making set dosa. Now heat a dosa pan on a medium flame. Now sprinkle some oil on a pan. Take big spoonful of batter and spread it on the dosa pan. Sprinkle some oil on the dosa.

 

Once edges of the dosa come up turn the dosa on the other side. Once both the sides look golden brown.

 

Remove it from the pan.

Like this, make all the set dosas. Serve hot with chutney.
