Spicy Stuffed Mirchi Fry Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 12 to 15 Green Chilies ( Less Spicy Chilies)
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • Masala For Stuffing:
  • ½ Cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/3 Cup Roasted Peanuts
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • Salt

Method:

Take a mixture jar, add all the masala ingredients into it. Add grated coconut, roasted peanuts, cumin, turmeric and salt. Don’t add water. Make a fine paste. Transfer this paste into the plate.

Now wash the chilies. Dry out.

Now wash the chilies. Wipe out through dry clothes.

Stuff the masala paste into the chilies.

Now heat a pan or any tava on a medium flame. Add some oil for shallow frying the chilies.

Once oil heated enough, add all the chilies into the oil. Allow to cook on a slow flame. Once chilies look golden and crisp, turn the chilies for cooking another side.

Once all the chilies cook nicely.

Transfer it into the plate.

Serve with the meal.
