Ingredients:

  • Moth Beans 1 Cup (Matki)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped chili
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/3 cup long sliced cabbage
  • Chopped coriander
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt

Method:

Firstly, sprout the moth bean.

Now wash the moth beans and boiled it with very little water with salt. Don’t overcooked.

Now take one mixing bowl. Add boiled moth beans, then add chopped onion, chili, tomato, cabbage and chopped coriander. Now add lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix well.

At the end garish the salad with grated coconut. Serve it with hot meal.
