Vegetable Hakka Noodles

  • 1 packet of Hakka Noodles
  • ½ cup chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped ginger
  • 4 chopped green chilies
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1 cup slice carrots
  • 2 slice capsicum
  • ½ cup chopped beans
  • ½ cup chopped spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon red chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt
  • Oil


We start with, cooking the Noodles. Boil the water in a big wok. Add some salt.  Once water boils, add Noodles into the water. Within 4 to 5 minutes Noodles cook. Switch off the gas. Now take one sieve and put the Noodles into the sieve. All the water will drain. Add some oil on the Noodles. This process can avoid the Noodles being sticky.

Now heat the wok or deep kadai. Add oil. Once oil heated add Chopped ginger garlic and chili.  Sauté well till it aromatic. Add slice onions and cook well till change the color.

Now add some Chopped carrots and beans. Sauté well. Keep the gas on a low flame and allow cooking for 3 to 4 minutes. Afterwards add some slice capsicum and salt. Stir nicely. Once capsicum partially cooks add Chopped spring onion. Mix well. Add black pepper and cook Noodles into the mixture.  Mix well.

Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce.  Mix well. At the end add vinegar and some Chopped spring onion.  Mix it.

The delicious Vegetable Hakka Noodles is ready to serve.
