Egg Masala.

·       ·       4 boiled Eggs

·       2 chopped Onion

·       1 chopped Tomatoes

·       1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

·       1 tablespoons red Chili powder

·       ½ teaspoon Turmeric

·       1 teaspoon garam masala powder

·       ½ teaspoon Mustered seeds

·       Chopped Coriander

·       5 to 6 Curry Leaves

·       Salt

·       Oil

·       Method:

Cut the boiled eggs. Make 4 to 5 pieces of each eggs. Keep aside.

Now heat kadai on a medium flame, pour 1 tablespoons oil. Once oil heated, add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds splutter, add curry leaves and chopped onions. Cook the onions till change the color. Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. 


Once raw smell goes, add chopped tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes till mushy. Fry the onions and tomatoes for 2 to 3 minutes.


Now add red chili powder, turmeric, Garam Masala powder. Mix it. Now add some chopped coriander and salt.  Mix it well.

Now add pieces of boiled eggs. Mix smoothly with fried masala. Garnish with some chopped coriander.

Serve with roti or phulka.
