  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Maggi Masala
  • Salt to Taste
  • Chopped Coriander.

Method:

Take one plate, add jowar flour in it. Add very little water in the flour and knead the dough with warm water. Don’t use much water for kneading the dough. Do not knead the dough too soft and not too tough.

Keep it rest for 5 minutes. Now here I am using a sev sancha for making a noodles.

I am inserting the sev making plate into the sancha and grease the sancha with oil from the insight. Now I put the jowar dough into the sancha. And make the small round shapes of noodles on the steamer plate.

If you don’t have the steamer plate, you can also use the sieve or chalni.

Once you completed to making the noodles. Heat the water in a heavy bottom pot. Once water starts boiling keep this sieve on the pot. Keep the lid on the top and allow to steam for 7 to 10 minutes.

Once it cook properly, switch off the flame.

Now heat the pan on a medium flame. Add some oil/ once oil heated add cumin seeds. Cumin seeds starts sputter, add sliced onion. Cook the onions till change the color. Now add the all chopped vegetables. Mix well. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric, maggi masala and salt. Mix well. Now add the steam noodles into it. You can easily separate the noodles form each other. Now toss the noodles and add some chopped coriander on it. Steam it for 2 minutes.

The noodles are ready to eat.

Instead of giving maida noodles to our children, you can give this as a best option.

So, enjoy.

Thank you.

Have a wonderful day.
