  • ½ Liter Cow Milk
  • ½ Liter Cow Colostrum Milk
  • ½ Bowl Shredded Jaggery
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder


Firstly, take a big size mixing bowl or pot. Mix both the cow milk and Cow Colostrum Milk together. Add shredded jaggery. Mix for 5 minute till jaggery dissolved.

Now add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder. Mix well. Now transfer this milk mixture into another pot. Heat the pressure cooker and keep this milk mixture pot into it. Remove the ring from the lid of the cooker. Lid on the cooker properly and keep the gas on a medium flame.

Allow to cook the kharwas for at least 25 minutes. Keep check the water level in the cooker. Add water if required.

After 25 minutes, open the lid of the cooker check whether kharwas cook or not. Take the clean and dry knife. Put it into the kharwas. You can see the knife come out cleanly.

It means the kharwas is ready.

Cool it down in a room temperature.

Serve cool.
