  • 1 cup Jowar Flour
  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chili ginger paste
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin coriander powder
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 Big size chopped onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil


Take a large size of mixing bowl for making batter.

Add jowar, ragi, wheat and rice flour in a mixing bowl.  Now add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, chilli ginger paste, chopped cabbage, onion and chopped coriander.  Mix well.

Now add water and make a thick batter for dhirde. Keep this batter for rest 15 minutes.

Now heat tava or non stick pan. Grease the tava by oil and pour batter on a tava, spread it in a circular form. Allow to cook on one side, once it cooks flip it. Pour some oil. Cook it from both the sides. Remove it from pan.

Like this make all the dhirde.

Serve it with tomato ketchup or Coconut chutney.
