  • Boiled Eggs 3 to 4
  • Ginger garlic chili and coriander for paste
  • 2 big size chopped onion
  • 1 small size chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Chopped coriander
  • ½ glass water.


Will make a green paste for curry. Take a mixture jar. Add ginger, garlic, chili and coriander. Add very little water and make a fine paste.

Now heat a pan or kadai on a medium flame. Add oil. Once oil heated add, chopped onion. Sauté the onion till change the color. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes till mushy. Now add green paste into the onion tomato mixture. Mix well.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and salt. Cook well till oil released. Now add ½ glass of water. Keep the lid on the top and allow to cook on a slow flame. When it became thick paste, add boiled eggs. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander. Keep it on a gas for another 2 minutes then, switch off the gas.

Serve this delicious Anda Tava Masala with bhakari or roti.
