  • 6 medium size Raw Mangoes
  • 1 Cup grated Jaggery
  • 1 Tablspoon Black salt
  • Spice Mix Powder:
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper


First wash the raw mangoes. Then keep this mangoes in cooker for boiling. Don’t use water for cooking.

Cook them till 3 whistles. Switch off the gas. And allow to cool.

Till, on the other hand heat a pan on a medium flame, and add the dry spices like, cumin, fennel seeds, green cardamom and black pepper. Dry roast it. Then make fine powder of this spices from mixture grinder.

Once cooker has cool it, remove those cooked raw mangoes. Now remove their skin. Remove all the pulp from it.

Transfer those pulp in a mixing bowl. Add ground spice mix, jaggery and black salt into the pulp. With the help of hand beater make a smooth mixture. So the delicious aam panhha pulp is ready.

You can store this pulp in an air tight bottles and keep it in the fridge.  

At the time of serving in a glass add 2 tablespoon aam pannha pulp and add water. Mix well with spoon. And enjoy the delicious aam pannha.
