Moong Nachni Dosa.

  •  1 Bowl Nachni / Ragi flour
  • 1 Cup Sprouted Moong
  • ½ Cup rice flour
  • ½ Inch ginger
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Glass Water
  • Oil


In a mixture grinder, add sprouted moong, chilies and ginger. Grind it in fine paste.

Take a large mixing bowl; add nachni flour, rice flour, moong mixture, salt and water. Mix well. Keep the batter like a dosa batter.

Keep this batter for rest 15 minutes.

Heat a dosa tava on a medium flame. Grease it with oil.

Pour the spoonful of batter on the middle of the tava and spread it in a circular form.

Drizzle oil or butter on it. Allow to cook then turn it on the other side. Cook it till crisp.

Make the dosa from the remaining batter.

Serve with coconut Chutney.
