Paneer Tikka Salad Recipe.

Ingredients:

For Paneer Tikka:

  • 150 Gram Fresh Paneer (Cut in Square Pieces)
  • ½ Cup square pieces onion
  • ½ Cup square pieces Tomato
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoon Hung Curd
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • ½ Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Coriander Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Aamchur Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Oil for frying

Vegetables for Salad:

  • ½ Cup Julienne Carrots
  • ½ Cup Julienne Capsicum
  • ½ Cup Julienne Cabbage

For Sauce:

  • ½ Cup Curd (Use fresh Curd)
  • Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Lemon zest ( For lemon zest grate the lemon skin)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • Salt to taste.

Method:

First make square pieces of paneer. For marinating the paneer, take one mixing bowl. Add curd into it. Then add oil, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder, aamchur powder, chopped coriander and salt to taste. Mix all this spices into curd. Then add pieces of paneer, onion and tomatoes into this curd mixture. Mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes for marinating.

After 15 minutes. Heat a pan on a medium flame. Add oil. Then, add all the marinated pieces of paneer, onion and tomatoes into the pan for frying. Fry it from the both sides. Don’t overcook.

Then, switch off the flame. And transfer those paneer tikkas on the plate.

Now heat a pan. Add 1 teaspoon of oil, then add all the vegetables into the pan. Sprinkle some salt on it. Stir it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then remove it from the pan and keep aside.

If you like to eat the veggies raw in flavor then keep as it is.

Now we make a sauce for salad:

Take a mixture jar, add ½ cup curd and some coriander leaves and grind it till smooth paste. Then, transfer this curd mixture into the mixing bowl.

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, vinegar and salt. Mix well. Taste this sauce. Check whether salt or the sweetness or sourness required. Then add as per your taste.

Then add the cooked veggies into this sauce.

Now start platting, take a plate. Place sauced veggies into the plate and then place the grilled paneer, onions and tomatoes on the top. Garnish with some coriander leaves.

Serve immediately. Enjoy this delicious salad with family.
