  • 2 Roti
  • For Tempering:
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • Peanuts
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
  • Chopped coriander
  • Salt


Take a two roti or chapatis, make small pieces. Add those pieces in mixture jar. Coarsely grind it.

Heat a pan on a medium flame. Add oil. Once oil heated add, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoedita, chopped chilies, curry leaves, peanuts. Sauté well.

Now add finely chopped onion it. Cook the onion till change the color. Add red chili powder, turmeric and salt to taste. Mix well.

Now add coarsely grind mixture of chapatti. Add chopped coriander and mix well.

Cook for half minute. Serve hot.
