  • 1 bowl rava (Semolina)
  • ½ cup aata (wheat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon Besan
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Oil or Butter
  • Water


Will make a batter first, take a mixture jar. Add rava. Grind it till fine powder. Now add besan and wheat flour into the rava again grind it.

Transfer this rava mixture in a mixing bowl. Now add salt and curd into it. Mix well and add water for making batter. With the help of whisk, mix the batter properly.

Now keep this batter aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes again mix the batter. Add water if required. Keep the batter like a dosa batter only.

Now heat a pan on a medium flame.

Grease the pan by oil. Now pour spoonful of batter in the middle of the pan. And spread it in a circular form. Add some butter or oil or ghee on the top of the dosa.

Allow to cook till become golden and crisp. Then turn it. Keep for another 10 seconds.  And remove it from the pan.

Like this make all the Dosa.

Serve this Healthy Rava Dosa with chutney.
