  • 3 to 4 Capsicum Cut in square shape
  • 2 Onions Cut in square shape
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 chopped tomato
  • ½ Bowl Curd
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • Chopped coriander


Head kadai in low flame, add oil. Once oil heated add capsicum, onion and salt. Mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now remove those veggies form kadai.

In a same kadai, add cumin and fennel seeds. Add chopped onion. Sauté well. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. Mix well and cook till tomatoes mushy. Add red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well. Crushed some kasuri methi in it.

Now make curd mixture. Add cumin and coriander powder in a curd. Mix well and add this mixture into the kadai. Stir well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add cooked capsicum and onion into it. Mix well. Keep the lid for 2 minutes and cook well.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with roti.
