Spring Onion Paratha.

  • 1 Bunch Spring onion ( Chopped)
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tablespoon red chili powder
  • ½ Teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 Teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon seaseme seeds
  • 1 Bowl wheat flour
  • 2 Tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 Tablespoon besan
  • Ghee / oil
  • 1 Glasss Water


In a mixing bowl. Add Chopped spring onion, coriander,  ginger garlic paste,  red chili powder,  turmeric, cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder,  salt, sugar and ghee. Mix well.  Then, add wheat flour, rice flour and besan. Now knead the dough with water. Keep this dough for rest at least 15 minutes.

Now make balls of dough. Take a rolling board. Keep the ball, dust some flour. Press the top and flattened it. Roll the parathas with rolling pin. Heat the tava on a medium flame.  Place the paratha on tava. Once base is partial cook, flip it.

Cook the paratha from both the sides, applies some ghee.

Like this make all parathas. Serve this parathas with Chutney or achar.
