  • For Fried Rice:
  • 1 Large size bowl of Boiled Rice ( Basmati Rice)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 large tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 large tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 large tablespoon chopped onion bulbs
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup finely chopped carrots
  • ½ cup finely chopped beans
  • ½ cup Chopped spring onion
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • For Veg Manchurian Balls:
  • ½ Cup chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped beans
  • ½ cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 5 tablespoon corn flour
  • 3 Tablespoon Refined Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • For Manchurian Sauce:
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 chopped onion and onion bulbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Corn flour Slurry ( 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour and 2 tablespoon water)
  • Salt


Before starting this recipe, keep ready with all the ingredients. Chopping vegetables is very time consuming. So, if you planning to make this recipe for party or function make sure to keep everything ready in advance.

So, let’s start to make the recipe.

First we start with to make vegetable fried rice. Heat a wok or large size kadai on a medium flame. Pour oil once oil heated add, chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté well. Then add chopped onion bulbs and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Add chopped beans, carrots and salt. Mix well. Add chopped spring onion, cooked rice, black pepper powder, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well. So, the fried rice is ready. Switch off the gas.

For making Manchurian balls, take mixing bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables. In that veggies, add salt, chopped ginger garlic, pepper powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and refined flour. Mix well with hands and make a small balls. Heat a kadai with oil for frying. Once oil heated, add the balls and fry it till golden and crisp. Like this fry all the balls. Keep it aside.

Now heat another kadai for Manchurian sauce, pour oil. Once oil heated, add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and onion bulbs. Sauté well till onion change the color. Add salt and ginger garlic paste. Mix well. Add water, pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar and chopped spring onion. Stir it and allow boiling. Now make corn flour slurry, add the slurry into the Manchurian sauce. Stir it continuously.

You can see the sauce become thicker. Now add fried balls into the sauce, mix well. Keep it on a gas for another 2 minutes And switch off the gas.

Serve the Hot Fried Rice with Delicious Veg Manchurian.
