Tomato Dosa with Chutney.

·       2 bowl Rice flour

·       ½ teaspoon Cumin

·       1 chopped Onion

·       Chopped Coriander

·       1 teaspoon Salt

·       Oil

·       For paste:

ü 2 Tomatoes

ü 4 to 5 red Chili

ü Small piece of Ginger

ü 2 to 3 Garlic


Take a mixture jar and make a fine paste of tomatoes, red chili, ginger and garlic.

Take a mixing bowl, add rice flour. Now add tomato paste, salt, chopped coriander, onions and cumin. Add water and make a batter. Batter should not so thick and thin. Keep a medium consistency. Mix well.


Now, heat a pan for making dosa. Grease the pan with oil. Take a full ladle of batter and spread it evenly on pan. Cook it on a medium flame. Once dosa cook crisp and golden, remove it from pan.


Make all the dosa like this way.

Serve hot with peanut chutney.
