Veg Paneer Mayonnaise Grill Sandwich.

  • 1 Large size bread loaf
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 chopped capsicum
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Aamchur powder or chaat masala
  • Salt
  • 1 Cup Paneer (Chopped in Small Pieces)
  • 1 Cup veg Mayonnaise


Heat a pan on a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon butter on it. Add chopped onions. Sauté well till change the color. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and grated carrots. Add salt on it. Mix well. Keep lid and allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder and chaat masala. Mix well. Now add small pieces of paneer. Mix well. Now switch off the gas and allow to cool it down.

Once it cool add mayonnaise in it. And mix well. So, the sandwich filling is ready.

Now take bread slices remove their side boarders. Apply some butter on the slices.

Then spread the paneer filling in the bread slice and keep another slice of bread on it. Like this prepare all the sandwiches. 

For grill the sandwich I used a nonstick pan. Heat a pan on a medium flame apply some butter on the pan. Keep the sandwiches on the pan. Grill it from the both the sides and apply the butter for making more crispy. Grill all the sandwiches.

Cut into the triangle shape. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

You can prepare this sandwiches in the griller also.
