Vegetable Cheese Pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pizza base
  • 2 Capsicums
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ cup sweet Corn
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Oil
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Method:

First, cut the vegetables in square shape. Boil the sweet corn.

Now heat a kadai add 1 tablespoons oil or butter. Add capsicums. Fry the capsicums till half cook. Then add onions and tomatoes. Saute well. Add some salt and sweet corn into the veggies.

Saute well. Switch off the flame.

Now take a pizza base. Apply 1 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Spread it equally. Now spread the cook veggies on the pizza sauce.

Then spread cheese on the top of the veggies. Again on the cheese place some raw veggies.

Now heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame. Apply some butter on a pan. Once pan heated, slow down the gas flame. Now place pizza on the pan.

Keep a lid on the pan. And allow to cook for 5 to 7 minutes till base becomes golden and crunchy.

Remove the lid. Once cheese melted, transfer the pizza into the serving plate.

Cut the pizza into 4 pieces.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
