·       Brown / White  Bread

·       Butter

·       Cheese Slices

·       2 Chopped Capsicum

·       1 cup chopped Cabbage

·       2 chopped Tomatoes

·       1 chopped Onion

·       Boiled Corns (optional)

·       1 tablespoon Oil

·       For chutney:

ü 1 cup Coriander

ü Small piece of Ginger

ü 4 Garlic cloves

ü  1 or 2 Green Chilies

ü 5 to 6 curry Leaves

ü 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

ü 1 teaspoon Chat Masala

ü Salt

ü Water


Firstly, cut all the vegetables.

For making chutney, take mixture jar. Add all ingredients of chutney and grind in a mixture grinder. Make a fine paste. Keep a green chutney aside.

Heat a vessel on medium flame. Pour 1 tablespoons of oil, add chopped capsicum. Stirred for few seconds, then add chopped cabbage into the capsicum. Mix it well on medium flame than, add chopped tomatoes and boiled corns. Cook all this for 1 minute.

Now add 1 tablespoon of green chutney into the veggies and salt as per the taste. 

Mix all vegetable with chutney. Now the filings/ mixture for sandwich is ready. Switch off the flame. Keep aside for cool down.

Now, apply the butter and green chutney on each piece of bread. 

After cooling of vegetable, fill this mixture between the two slices of bread. Also add the cheese slice into the sandwich.

If you don’t want cheese inside the sandwiches than you can also spread the grated cheese on the top of the grilled sandwiches.

Make all the sandwiches, and keep ready for grilling in toaster.

Grill sandwiches in toaster. Cut them into the pieces the way you want. Either in four pieces or in triangle shape and serve hot with tomato sauce.
