Cabbage and Spring Onion Pancake.

  • 1 bowl Finely Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 bowl Chopped Spring Onion
  • Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 chopped chili
  • Salt
  • Chopped ginger
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • Water
  • Oil


Take one mixing bowl. Add chopped cabbage, spring onion and coriander. Now add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, chopped ginger, chilies and salt. Mix well and add besan, cornflour into these mixture. Add water and made a batter. Keep it rest for 15 minutes.

Now heat a pan, add 2 tablespoon oil. Pour spoonful of batter in the pan, spread it evenly. Keep the lid on the top. Allow to cook on a low flame. Flip from the other side and add some oil on it. Once both the sides cooks, remove it from the pan.

Now from the remaining batter make all the pancakes.

Serve hot with ketchup.
