·       ½ kg any type of Rice

·       2 cup Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas)

·       ½ cup Moong Dal ( Split Mung Beans)

·       1 cup Urad Dal (Split Black Gram)

·       ½ cup Poha ( flattened rice )

·       ½ cup Sabudana (Sago)

·       2 tablespoons black Paper

·       1 tablespoons Cumin seeds

·       2 tablespoons Coriander seeds

·       1 long stick Dalchini


Before 1 day, wash rice cleanly. Drain all the water from the rice. Spread the wet rice on the cotton cloth and allow to dry in a room temperature.

Next day you can see, rice are completely dry.

Now let’s make chakli bhajni. Heat a big kadai on a medium flame. Now dry roast the dry rice. Once the rice get roasted, remove from the kadai and transfer it into the big plate. Now, dry roast all other ingredients also one by one.

Also dry roast spices and mix with the rice and Dal mixture. After roasting, allow to cool down for some time.


And make the nice bhajni from the grind mill.

Chakli bhajni is ready to make delicious Chakli.
