Ingredients:

·       4 Eggs

·       2 chopped Onions

·       2 chopped Tomatoes

·       2 chopped green Chilies

·       1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

·       1 tablespoons red Chili powder

·       1 teaspoon Turmeric

·       ½ teaspoon Mustered seeds

·       Oil

·       Chopped Coriander

Method:

Heat a pan on a medium flame, pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil. Once oil is heated, add mustard seeds. When mustered seeds fluttering, add ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell goes it.

 

Then, add chopped green chilies and onions. Fry the onions till change the colour.

 

Now add chopped tomatoes in the onion. Cook the tomatoes till mushy. Now add red chili powder and turmeric mix it properly. Add salt into this onion tomatoes mixture. Slow down the gas flame.

 

Now break the eggs on this mixture. Stir it on a medium flame. Mix it till eggs transform into the lumps and cook it properly.

 

 

After 2 to 3 minutes add some chopped coriander for enhancing the taste of bhurji.

 

 

Serve hot with fresh bread slices with butter and tomatoes ketchup.
