Kadai Paneer Recipe.

Ingredients:

·       3 to 4 square slice Capsicum

·       1 ½  square slice Tomatoes

·       1 square slice Onions

·       ¾ th cup square slice Paneer

·       ½ cup Tomato puree

·       1 big finely chopped Onion

·       1 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger

·       2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

·       ½ cup Cream

·       1 teaspoon Cumin

·       ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder

·       1 teaspoon red Chili powder

·       1 teaspoon Cumin powder

·       1 teaspoon Coriander powder

·       Salt

·       ½ glass Water

·       1 tablespoon Oil

·       1 tablespoon Ghee

·       For Kadai Paneer Masala:

ü 1 teaspoon Cumin

ü 1 teaspoon Coriander

ü ½ teaspoon black Peppercorn

ü 4 to 5 red Chilies

ü 1 teaspoon Salt

Method:

Heat a pan on a medium flame, roast the dry kadai paneer masala with 1/2 teaspoon of salt which mentioned in the ingredients.

Then, make fine powder from the mixture grinder.

Kadai paneer masala is ready to use.

Now, in a same pan, add ½ teaspoon of oil, add slice capsicum. Saute for a 2 minutes, then add slice onion, tomatoes and little salt. And saute for a minute. Remove this toss veggies into the plate.

 

Into the same pan, add some oil and toss the paneer with little red chili powder. 

 Remove the paneer in a plate. Turn off the flame.

Now heat a kadai on a medium flame, add oil and ghee. Once both heated add cumin seeds. After cumin seeds fluttered, add chopped ginger and onion.

Cook the onion till change the colour, then add ginger garlic paste. Mix it well till raw smell go, then add tomato puree.

Saute with onions for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now time to add the spices, add red chili powder, turmeric, cumin and coriander powder. Mix it well.

Then, add chopped coriander and cream. Mix it on a slow flame. Now add kadai paneer masala and salt. Saute well and add ½ glass of water. Allow to cook a spices for a minute.

 Then, add toss capsicum, onions and tomatoes into the masala. Mix it well. Allow to cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

 Then add paneer and some chopped coriander and mix it properly.

 Turn off the flame. Now serve hot, kadai paneer with roti or phulka.
