Egg Masala Curry.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Boiled Eggs
  • 2 Big size Chopped Onion
  • 2 Sliced Green Chilies
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Pate
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ Tablespoon Cumin Coriander Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Salt
  • 1 Glass Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • Dry Spices:
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Small Stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Green Cardamom
  • 4 Black Peper
  • 2 Cloves

Method:

Head a pan on a medium flame. Now add butter. Once butter melted, add boiled eggs into it. And fry them till change the color. Now remove those eggs from the pan.

Now in a same pan add 2 tablespoon oil. Once oil heated, add cumin, bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon, black peper and cloves. Once cumin splutter, add green chilies and chopped onion. Sauté well. Fry the onion till golden brown.

Now add tomato puree. Fry this puree with onion till raw smell goes. Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute well on a slow flame for at least 5 minutes.

Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder and cumin coriander powder into this masala. Then add kasuri methi and salt. Mix well.

Fry this masala for at least 2 to 3 minute more. Now add 1 glass water.

Mix well. Make a thick curry.

So, as per your taste and choice you can add less or more water.

Keep the lid on a pan and allow to boil for at least 5 to 7 minutes.

Once it’s nicely boil, add boiled eggs. Mix this eggs properly with the gravy. Allow to cook for another 2 minute. Add some chopped coriander on the top.

And

Serve hot with phulka or roti or bhakri.
