Ingredients:

  • 2 Long size drumsticks
  • 2 big size chopped onion
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin coriander powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon crushed peanuts
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water

Method:

Cut the drumsticks into a fingure size. Wash them. Now add water, salt into the drumsticks and cook it.

Now heat a pan on a medium flame. Add oil. Once oil heated add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped onion. Cook the onion till change the color. Add ginger garlic paste. Sauté well.

Now add chopped tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes till change the color. Add red chili powder, turmeric, cumin coriander powder and chopped coriander. Mix well.

Add salt and crushed peanuts. Stir it once. Now add boiled drumsticks. And some chopped coriander on it.

Mix well. Keep the lid on the pan. Allow to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. After some time lid off the pan and switch off the gas.

Serve the delicious subji with bhakari.
