  • 1 Litre Milk ( Cow Milk or Buffalo Milk)
  • ½ CupAlmonds
  • ½ Cup Cashew
  • ½ Teaspoon Saffron Strands
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 3 to 4 Cardamom
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • Pinch of Turmeric


Dry roast the cashew and almond. Now make fine powder of cashew, almonds, sugar, saffron strands and cardamom.

Boil the milk on a slow flame. Add some turmeric, nutmeg powder and saffron strands into it. Allow to boil for 2 minutes.

Now add 3 to 4 tablespoon of dry fruit mixture into the milk. Mix well.

Masala Doodh is ready to serve.
