Vegetable Soup.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Cauliflower
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1/3 Cup Crushed Green Peas
  • 1/3 Cup  Chopped cabbage
  • 2 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 Small Size Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 2 Glass hot water
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  •  Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar

Method:

Heat a kadai on a medium flame. Add butter. Once butter melted, add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Sauté well. Then, add chopped onion. Cook well.

Now add chopped cauliflower, carrots and green peas. Cook for 1 minute, and then add chopped cabbage and salt. Mix well.

Add hot water on these veggies. Allow to boil. After boiling add black pepper powder, corn flour slurry. Mix well.

Allow to boil for 1 minute.

Now add vinegar. Mix well.

Switch off the gas.

Serve this healthy soup.
