  • ½ Cup Methi Seeds
  • 1 Cup Semolina ( Barik Rava)
  • 2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup shredded Dry Coconut
  • 12 to 15 Dry Khajur
  • ½ Cup Chopped Dry Fruits
  • 3 to 4 Tablespoon Khaskhas
  • 5 to 6 Cardamom
  • Small piece of Nutmeg
  • 1 Bowl shredded jaggery.


Heat the kadai on a low flame. Dry roast the methi seeds till change the color. Remove the methi from kadai and keep aside.

Now in a same kadai, add rava. Few minutes dry roast the rava then add 2 tablespoon of ghee on it. Roast it till rava change the color on a low flame.

Once rava roasted remove it from kadai, add wheat flour. Dry roast it for few minutes the, add ghee. Roast till flour change the color. Once flour leaves the aroma, remove it from kadai.

Add dry coconut. Roast the dry coconut. Like this, roast dry khajoor and other dry fruits with cardamom and nutmeg.

Now grind the methi seeds from mixture till fine powder. Remove this powder from the jar and grind the dry khajoor, dry fruits, cardamom, khaskhas and nutmeg. Take a mixing bowl. Add methi seeds powder. Add roasted rava, wheat flour, powder of all dry fruits. Mix well.

Now add jiggery powder into this mixture. Mix well.

Keep this mixture aside for cooling down. After 1 hour. Heat the ghee and add it into the laddu mixture. Mix well with hands.

Make round shapes ladoos. Keep it in air tight container.

Enjoy it in every morning with cup of milk.
