Ingredients:

  • 1 Bowl Chopped Palak
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, garlic and chilli Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  •  ½ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  •  1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Jaggery Water
  • Flour:
    • ½ Cup Bajra Flour
    • ½ Cup Wheat Flour
    • ½ Cup Besan
  • For Tempering:
    • 2 tablespoon Oil
    • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
    • 7 to 8 Curry Leaves
    • ½ Teaspoon Mustard seeds
    • ½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
    • 1/3 Teaspoon Asafoetida
    • Chopped Coriander Leaves
    • 1 tablespoon grated coconut

Method:

Take one mixture jar. Add chopped palak in the jar. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder, sesame seeds, carom seeds, fennel seeds and salt. Mix well.

Now add oil, lemon juice and jaggery water into this mixture.

Mix well. Now add all the flour. Mix well and make the dough.

Apply some oil on palm and make small rolls from this dough.

Add the water in a cooker and heat the cooker on a medium flame for steaming this roll.

Keep this roll in cooker for cooking and lid on the cooker.

Cook those roll for 5 minutes on a high flame and 15 minutes on a low flame.

After 20 Minutes switch off the gas. Allow to cool it down.

Once roll comes in room temperature cut into small pieces.

Now heat a pan on a medium flame. Add oil. Once oil heated add, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, sesame seeds and curry leaves. Once seeds splutter, add pieces of muthiya.

Mix well then. Add chopped coriander and grated coconut. Mix well.

Serve hot with chutney.
