·      1 bunch Spinach

·       200 gm Paneer

·       3 to 4 Chilies

·       Half cup Coriander

·       1 chopped Onion

·       1 chopped Tomatoes

·       5 to 6 chopped Garlic

·       1 and ½ tablespoons Clarified Butter

·       1 teaspoon Cumin

·       1 bay leaves

·       1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

·       1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

·       ½ teaspoon Turmeric

·       1 teaspoon Cumin Coriander powder

·       1 teaspoon Garam Masala

·       2 tabelspoon Whisk Curd

·       1 teaspoon Wheat Flour

·       1 tablespoons Kasuri Methi

·       1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

·       Salt


Clean the spinach under running water. Then blanch those spinach in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the water. And allow to cool in normal temperature.


Take mixture Jaar, add blanch spinach, 2 green chilies and coriander. Grind it in a smooth paste. Keep aside.


Now heat a kadai on a medium flame, add ghee. Then, add some cumin. Once cumin sputtering, add bay leaves, chopped chilies and chopped garlic. Saute well. Then add chopped onions.


Allow to cook till change the colour, then add Ginger garlic paste. Mix it for a 1 minute. Then add chopped tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes till mushy.


Now time to add all the spices, add red chili powder, cumin coriander powder, turmaric, Garam Masala powder. Mix well.


Now add some curd. Mix it again. Add some kasuri methi and spinach puree. Add some salt. Mix it properly. Once Palak boiling add wheat flour and mix it. Cook for a minute.

Add square pieces of paneer. Mix with spinach. Keep on a slow flame for another 1 minute.


Now add lemon juice. Stir it. After 1 minute switch off the flame. You may garnish with cream.


Enjoy this delicious Palak paneer with roti or paratha.
