  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 7 to 8 chopped garlic
  • 1 inch chopped ginger
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon of Oil
  • Veggies:
    • 2 Capsicum cut into square shape
    • 1 onion cut into square shape
    • 1 Tomato cut into square shape
    • Chopped Spring Onion


Cut the paneer in cubes. Add 1 tablespoon corn flour and black pepper powder. Mix well. Now in a pan add oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes. Now remove this cubes from the pan after frying.

In a same pan add oil. Once oil heated add chopped ginger garlic and chillies. Sauté well for 2 minutes. Add chopped onion. Cook till onion become translucent. Add 1 tablespoon black pepper powder and ginger garlic paste.

Now time to add veggies. Add capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt. Mix well.

In a small bowl make corn flour slurry and add into the veggies. Add red chilli sauce. Stir it continuously. Add paneer cubes and toss for a minute.

Serve hot and delicious Paneer Chilli.
