Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl soya chunks
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • 2 chopped chili
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon cumin coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon aamchur powder
  • 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying.

Method:

Wash the soya chunks and soaked under the water for 15 minutes.  After soaking, boil soya chunks in water for 5 minutes. Once cool it down, squeeze all water from chunks.

Now take a mixture jar add boiled soya chunks and grind it till smooth paste.  Now remove this paste from jar and add it in mixing bowl.  Now add Chopped onion, chili and coriander.  Add red chili powder, turmeric,  cumin coriander powder, garam masala powder,  aamchur powder, kasoori methi and salt.

Also add two smashed boiled potatoes.  Now mix all the ingredients very well.

Make a shape of tikkies. Heat a pan, add some oil for shallow fry.  Add some tikkies into the pan. Fry from both the sides.

Once all tikkies are done. Serve it hot.
